Though not required to visit the Lit Center, we recommend making an appointment to secure a tutoring session at a specific time—especially if you'd like to meet with a teacher. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
BECOME A LIT CENTER TUTOR
Our tutors provide empowering, encouraging support to help their fellow students complete their assignments, improve their grades, and succeed in the classroom. Tutoring is fun and rewarding work. One of the benefits of tutoring is that it can make a college application impressive; peer tutors at Niles West receive academic credit for their tutoring work which appears on their transcripts.
